This website sells digital ebooks (PDF). The data controller is the company listed on our Legal Information page. You can reach us any time at support@surviveafterthefall.com.

What we collect

• Order and payment data, processed by our authorised reseller.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

To deliver the ebooks you bought, send your download links, provide customer support, handle refunds and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We never sell your data.

Emails and unsubscribing

After a purchase we email your download links and occasional related tips. You can unsubscribe at any time:

• Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we send you, or
• email support@surviveafterthefall.com with the subject “Unsubscribe”.

We remove you within 48 hours. Transactional emails about an order you already placed (such as your download link or refund confirmation) may still be sent.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and to complete a purchase. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to marketing at any time. Write to support@surviveafterthefall.com and we will reply within 1 business day.

Data retention

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Marketing contact data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
